All of the apparel is embroidered as
opposed to silkscreen for the following reasons:
Higher Quality-Embroidering is more expensive but because the image is done in
thread as opposed to rubberized plastic it looks better and retains it's look
longer.
Stands up to wear- Screening is generally done by ironing a design on a shirt.
Embroidered material is done using large, commercial sewing machines that stitch
the Newf on the piece. Embroidering is more expensive, but in the long run, it
will stand up to wear and tear better than screening. If your shirt needs
ironing, go ahead, press it....but don't try this with a screened shirt, unless
you want to peel the melted mess off your iron!
Satisfaction-It is a fact that embroidered garments look better longer. We use
only the highest quality garments so that the more you wash them, the softer and
more comfortable they become.
